We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Dispatcher to join our professional transportation team. You will be responsible for coordinating reliable flat-rate medical, airport, and local travel services, ensuring seamless connectivity for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule professional transportation services for medical and airport travel.
- Monitor real-time traffic and flight updates to ensure punctual arrivals.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to provide a transparent, surcharge-free experience.
- Manage booking requests through our modern digital platform.
Basic Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- 5+ years of call center experience
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM (test required)
- Part-time availability
Compensation
- $20–$28 per hour, depending on experience
